I’ve been coming to Go Bare Skin Spa for a year now and I had a great experience each time! I have received waxes from Natalie, Brittany & Marcy; they were all so nice & made me feel super comfortable!
Natalie is great to have conversation with, when you’re nervous sometimes talking helps because it distracts you. She does an amazing job on the brazilian & eyebrows!!
Marcy is SUPER quick and she did an amazing job as well! She also helped me pick some products out for dark spots and ingrown hairs. They work really good too!
Brittany does a great job as well & she is really precise with her work :)
I genuinely have no complaints about this business and I cannot wait to book more appointments to try the other services they offer 🩷

I brought my daughter here for a teenage facial as she is an athlete and always fighting break outs or clogged pores. Once you walk in, you feel right at home, it’s cozy and the feeling of comfort sets right in. This was our first time and won’t be our last! This was so beautiful inside and out. I met Marcy, the owner who was very insightful and beyond knowledgeable about skin - which i know nothing about. I felt like in the 45 min i was there, i learned so much! Alona did my daughter’s facial and to say she did a great job, is an understatement ! My daughter smiled and glowed all the way home ! You should come here ! You will love it ! We did and we will back for sure ! I purchased some cleansers and moisturizer, and was informed on all the services they provide here. This was really something special for a Wednesday night ! Thank you again for everything !

I can’t believe I haven’t left a review for here yet! I’ve been going for just about a year , ever since Cortney started working there. I’ve gotten a few services from here other than just waxing and everything is so nice! Very clean inside, they only ever have at most 5 people in the building at a time. They are very punctual. The parking is nice since it is in downtown Willoughby so there is always a spot to park because their parking is private. The prices are very reasonable and are online so very open with their pricing. You automatically sign up for their program and they send me $5-$10 in rewards every month. Everyone who works there is beyond friendly, very knowledgeable, and do an excellent job with your tender precious parts. I’ve never had any infections, burns, or mishaps. I always get a Brazilian wax but I’ve had my eyelashes done with a natural lash lift and a tint and they lasted about 8 weeks. I love it here!

Marcy and the team are fabulous. So fabulous that even after I moved to another state I still continue to order from them and get advice for my skin health. Marcy knows exactly what I need and is always so pleasant and cheery. Every time I talk about a particular issue she is right there to send me a sample of a product with my orders and she has never picked a product that didn't solve the problem! I will continue to use this business and when I travel back I will always be sure to book an appointment (though it's getting trickier as they are always so busy). If you want results, this is the place!

I came here for the first time today and loved it!! I always drive by this business in downtown Willoughby and finally decided to treat myself for my birthday. I decided to get my eyebrows waxed/tinted and get the 45 minute facial. I had Courtney and she was so friendly/welcoming! She was very easy to talk to and made sure everything was done with care. She made sure take good care of my eyebrows and I'm so happy I trusted her wholeheartedly on them. They look so natural and look exactly how I imagined they would. Don't get me started on the facial; it was so relaxing. I'm not one to stay still for an extended period of time but I was relaxed the entire time. Every product they used felt amazing on my skin. An upper massage was included in that too and it was so hard not to completely fall asleep. During and once the facial was done, I felt so calm and relaxed. The room was dimmed, there was a steamer in there, and soft music was playing too. Everything was just clean and comfortable. I definitely will be coming back!

If I could give this more stars I definitely would! I visited for a brow wax and tint for the first time tonight and have found my spot! The waxing room is clean and Katie T was amazing! She listened to how I would like my brows and then did her magic! She even gave me some advice on how to groom them since I have a few wonky brow hairs. Oh! And she tinted my brows perfectly! This will definitely be my go to place for brows. And I love that they have an online booking system as well as a rewards/loyalty program

I have been going to Marcy for over a year now and I honestly have to say that my skin hasn't looked this good in years. She has removed numerous skin tags without scaring or any down time. Her facials are amazing. Everything from light therapy to chemical peels to micro-derm. My skin always feels refreshed and smooth afterwards.
I also go to Marcy for all my waxing needs. She's quick, professional and always makes you feel comfortable.

Marcy always knows what my skin needs. I trust her completely to choose the right facial for me. She is always attentive, cares about results and takes pride in her work. Before I discovered this gem, I struggled with frequent breakouts and spent tons of money for different products that only made my skin worse. I would give way more than 5 stars if I could!! Marcy is the best!!! I have had a ton of skin tags for years that have made me super insecure!! I didnt want to get them cut off at the doctors. I got them treated today by Marcy and the areas already look so much better and some of them already fell off! I already feel much more confident!! I have been going to this place for over a year now and LOVE IT!!! The store is nice inside and very clean. I get serviced by Marcy and would like to share how great she is. My first time getting waxed she literally carried a conversation with me just to distract me and to this day she still does it lol and I appreciate it so much! Discovered Go Bare when I moved to Ohio. Marcy is phenomenal. I enjoy facials and peels on a monthly schedule. Marcy happily and patiently educates clients on the best products for their individual skin looking at concern, age and season. The skincare and makeup lines that she offers are incredible. My 1st time here and Marcy was Everything her reviews said she was. She is very Professional and extremely courteous. I got a Brazilian wax and underarm wax and my service was immaculate 👌. Got my brows done by Natalie. They turned out amazing! She was very down to earth and personable, prioritizing making sure I was happy with the results and understood the process.

Listen to me, I’m a licensed esthetician and I do body waxing and own my own business and I recommend the woman Marci I believe she’s the owner. I hear amazing things about her, when I wasn’t open I had clients go to her. When she hasn’t been available I have seen some of her clients. With all this said; if not me- then see her. Lol

Literally the best plave Ive ever been for waxing!! I was scared at first with past experiences but Blair made it literally painless (I usually cry for tweezing, threading, etc) She was the absolute best and I would not go anywhere else! Very highly recommended!!!!!

Marcy spend an hour and 30 minutes on FaceTime to me mapping out what my skin needed using the Environ products, beyond helpful. Did not pressure me into buying anything extra than I required. Items arrived promptly with an abundance of goodies, will definitely use this service again.
